Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our Service.
Accurate and current information, including your full legal name, valid email address, and active address, is required to complete the registration process.
Safeguarding your account password is your responsibility. OneXShip assumes no liability for any loss or damages resulting from a failure to maintain account security.
You are strictly prohibited from using the OneXShip platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities. While utilizing our Service, you must comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction (including intellectual property laws) and the laws of India.
You bear full responsibility for all activities and content (including data, images, links) uploaded via your OneXShip account.
The transmission of any malicious code, viruses, or destructive worms is strictly forbidden.
Any breach of these Account Terms, determined at the sole discretion of OneXShip, will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

General Conditions

You must read, agree with, and accept all terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy before becoming a OneXShip user.
We hold the right to modify or discontinue our Service for any reason, without prior notice.
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or entity at any time.
Your use of OneXShip is entirely at your own risk. The platform is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
OneXShip does not guarantee that the service will remain uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free.
We do not warrant that the outcomes obtained from using our platform will be entirely accurate or reliable at all times.
You acknowledge that your Content (excluding payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted over various networks and adapted to meet technical networking requirements.
We may remove Content or Accounts containing material that we, at our sole discretion, deem unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violating any intellectual property rights or these Terms.
OneXShip does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information obtained through our platform will meet your specific expectations.
You expressly acknowledge that OneXShip shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the service.
Support is provided exclusively to active account holders via email or our designated ticketing system.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written consent from OneXShip.
Verbal or written abuse of any OneXShip customer, employee, or officer will lead to immediate account termination.
We do not claim any intellectual property ownership over the material you upload to OneXShip. By uploading content, you grant us permission to display and store it for operational purposes.
You are prohibited from purchasing search engine keywords (like Google Ads) or domain names that use the OneXShip trademark or any variations thereof.

Payment of Fees

Depending on the chosen subscription plan, payments may be billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days from the date of issue to avoid suspension or termination of your account.
All listed fees are exclusive of applicable state and central taxes, service taxes, or other statutory charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No refunds will be provided for any subscription plans once initiated.

Cancellation and Termination

Upon account cancellation, all associated Content will be immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. Ensure you truly intend to cancel before proceeding.
We retain the right to modify or terminate the OneXShip service at our discretion, without prior notice.
Fraud: OneXShip may immediately suspend or terminate your account if we suspect your involvement in any fraudulent activities related to the platform.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Subscription pricing is subject to change. OneXShip will provide a 14-day notice for any price modifications, either via platform announcements or direct communication.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
OneXShip shall not be liable to you or any third party for modifications, price adjustments, or suspension of the Service.

Restricted Products and Services

You are strictly prohibited from offering or trading any items whose sale is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, OneXShip does not permit the handling or hosting of the following items:

Securities, bonds, debentures, or other financial instruments.
Live or dead animals, parts of animals (including skins, horns, feathers, eggs), or any wildlife products restricted under the Wildlife Protection Act.
Weapons and ammunitions of any kind.
Liquor, tobacco products, narcotics, psychotropic substances, and unauthorized medicinal or curative products.
Religious items or artifacts that may hurt or offend the religious sentiments of any group.
Antiquities and Art Treasures in violation of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act.
Used or pre-owned cellular SIM cards.

Dangerous Goods (Express & Air Services)

Please note that if you select Express or Air Shipping Services, the transport of Dangerous Goods (DG) is strictly prohibited in accordance with aviation security regulations. The following items cannot be shipped via Air or Express modes:

Explosives: Fireworks, flares, sparklers, or any explosive materials.
Flammable Liquids & Solids: Perfumes, nail polish, sanitizers, paints, thinners, matches, and lighter fluid.
Compressed Gases: Aerosol cans, deodorants, butane lighters, diving tanks, and camping gas.
Corrosives: Batteries (including wet-cell and certain lithium batteries), acids, mercury, and bleach.
Toxic & Infectious Substances: Pesticides, agricultural chemicals, and biological samples.
Radioactive & Oxidizing Materials: Chemical oxygen generators, fertilizers, and certain pool chemicals.
Dry Ice & Magnetized Materials: Items containing strong magnets or requiring dry ice cooling.

Failure to declare dangerous goods may result in heavy penalties, legal action, and immediate suspension of your OneXShip account. If you need to ship these items via Surface (Road/Rail) methods, they can only be dispatched if explicitly permitted by the selected courier partner. You are strictly required to verify this allowance and properly declare the goods every single time before booking a shipment to ensure compliance with local transport regulations.

Furthermore, you agree to maintain and display your own terms of use and privacy policy for your customers, governing the operation of your individual storefront or business operations.
